Delivery issues

If a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, get in touch with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and any useful photos. We may ask the carrier to investigate before a resolution is issued.

Coverage and restrictions

Available destinations and any shipping restrictions appear during checkout. We may pause or cancel fulfillment when an address is incomplete, unsupported, or cannot be verified.

Order timing

Orders are in ordinary circumstances prepared in about 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is expected to take 3–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and weekends, holidays, address reviews, weather, or carrier conditions may affect progress.

Shipping and tracking

Free shipping applies only when it is shown at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email, and telephone number. Tracking details are sent when available; carrier scans may take time to appear.
